Our story
Rail Vacation Planners started inside the travel industry, not outside it. Our founders spent years building tour packages, training travel agents, and watching travelers pay for layers they could not see. The product was usually fine. The packaging was the problem.
Packaged trips bundle hotels, transportation, and experiences into a single number. That single number is convenient, but it hides who the supplier actually is, what the room rate would be direct, and which experiences are operated by a third party that you could book yourself. Travelers were asking sharper questions than the industry was set up to answer.
We built Rail Vacation Planners to answer those questions in plain English. Every published trip is designed by a Rail Vacation Planners specialist—hotels, transportation, experiences, day by day—so the trip is legible before any money moves.
